It worked, so I made this video for anyone who might need the same thing done. To prevent damage to the drill, you have to get a new set of brushes; check online with Google search, etc. I took the drill apart to clean it and the brushes naturally fell out since they are held into position against the motor comutator ring, and when this motor is taken out then the brushes will spring out of position. A drill is one of the most important electric tools, so get one even if you dont have much of a use for one. As you move your right hand, use your left hand fingers to roll the drill anti-clockwise about a quarter-turn and simultaneously feed the drill transmit against the milling wheel.

Repeat this performance as required, alternating in the middle of opposite cutting edges.
